The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Construction (contentious) Associate to join the firm's offices in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
• The Legal 500 ranked Construction team advise on all stages of litigation across numerous jurisdictions for developers, funders, contractors & subcontractors
• To align with this, you will have a contentious caseload, including adjudication & adjudication enforcement, mediation, contractual disputes and other forms of dispute resolution procedures
• As an Associate, you will also have the opportunity to assist the senior lawyers on the more complex & high-value disputes, placing you years ahead of your PQE
• In return, you can expect to receive genuine investment from the wider team as you progress through the ranks

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Construction Solicitor from NQ to 4 years PQE
• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication skills
