Our Client, a Tier 1 Residential Property Law Firm in Central London, is currently seeking an Interim Residential Property Solicitor to join its leading team on an initial contract basis. The contract is expected to be for a minimum of 3 months.
As a Residential Property Solicitor within this renowned team, you will be working on high value residential property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, financings, your own caseload, as well as sales & purchases. You will also be acting for ultra-high net worth individuals and private banks on property financing transactions.
In addition, you will be dealing with lender enquiries, mortgage finance documents, SDLT forms, completion statements, AML documentation and complex title structures.
Our client is looking to make an experienced hire with the following skills:
- Qualified Residential Property Solicitor
- Ideally 5 PQE in terms of Residential Property experience within a law firm
- Available to start the role within 1 month's notice.
