Credit Hire Fee Earner - small claims and fast track - Manchester

Credit Hire Paralegal or Litigation Executive - Manchester - There are currently three positions available in this growing credit hire team based in the heart on Manchester. The work will consist of mainly small claims and fast track work with access to lower-level multi-track work.

  • Work pattern: 2 days in office / 3 days from home
  • Reports to: Team Leader
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in litigated Credit Hire or RTA. The hiring manager is looking for candidates who genuinely wish to build their career in this area.

Grow and develop with the team

The work will involve a caseload of small claims and fast track credit hire litigation with access to lower-level multi-track. The Head of Department has set out a clear plan along which members of the team can progress to handling more complex work. They are keen to develop a team where colleagues can forge a long term career and grow with the team.

A small team within a major law firm

This is a relatively small team within a major 'top tier' international law firm. The Head of Department recently joined from another major rival and has significant plans to grow the team. In particular, the team are expecting a significant uptick in work thanks to two major client wins.

What you can expect from the role

Successful candidates can expect excellent training and exposure to clients. Not only will you have responsibility for your own caseload, but you will be expected to develop strong client relationships with key members of in-house legal teams. This is truly a multi-faceted role offering multiple ways in which to grow your knowledge and experience.
