Catastrophic Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive - Manchester

Catastrophic Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive - This is a Large Loss team which is going through a significant period of growth and is looking to recruit fee earners at various levels to help strengthen the offering.

Range of work includes everything from spinal and head injuries to chronic injury, amputations and fatalities. Claimant and defendant experience will also be considered, though defendant experience is preferred.

• Previous Experience: The team is looking for a qualified solicitor or qualified Legal Executive ideally with defendant catastrophic injury experience, but will also consider those with strong multi track experience. The hiring manager is looking for able technical lawyers with a real passion for this kind of work.

Mixture of complex work including EL/PL and RTA

Work tends to be a mix of complex EL/PL and RTA with claims exceeding £1m in terms of value all the way to £5m+.

All the cases consist of high-value catastrophic injury work for a range of insurer clients as well as corporates. The work is challenging and demands someone who is keen to grapple with the most technical of cases.
