Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Interim

A highly acquisitive fintech business is currently looking to recruit a talented commercial lawyer on a 6-month contract (possibly longer). This is an extremely diverse role with a lean and collegiate team.

• Reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Legal you will be involved in working very closely with the business and legal team on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

• The team is ideally looking to hire a commercially minded lawyer who knows their way around drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and who can support the team through a period of growth.

• Ideally, you will be a UK or Common Law qualified lawyer with a general commercial background. Our client is very open to level and background and is more focused on hiring a personality that fits the team and business.

• This is a fixed-term contract position and offers a very flexible, hybrid working arrangement. As this is an urgent need, ideally you will be available to start within the next 2-4 weeks.
