Learning and Development Advisor Part Time

My Client a Law Firm based in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to join their team on a part-time permanent basis with a salary of £40,000 (full-time equivalent) on offer. Hours are based on your schedule, working in the hours of 8:30-6 PM Monday - Friday. This role comes with hybrid working, a great perks package and the opportunity to work with a remarkable international Law firm.

What does the role entail?

Your role as the L&D Advisor will be to lead the Firm's learning and development processes ensuring all areas of the business are supported and developed. You will be working alongside the rest of the heads of the Firm to foster up-and-coming talent. You will oversee all aspects of the Academy they are developing and working in tandem with their respective areas, providing a positive work atmosphere and being the voice of the staff development both virtually and face to face. You will also be working with external businesses to ensure a range of services is offered for the growth of the business. Finally, you will keep the company consistently up to date and develop the L&D Strategy with the HR Director.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this Part Time L&D Advisor role will be able to perform the above duties with ease. It is essential to have L&D experience, from a similar background. Furthermore, a firm understanding of the legal sector is not essential. It would also be advantageous if you have experience developing L&D strategies and being up to date on L&D trends. Above all, you will be hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy and can step in to support the management and development of all.
