Well known law firm is seeking a AML analyst to join their growing AML division.

The compliance officer based in London will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting with client and matter record maintenance;
  • Dealing with enquiries from across the firm;
  • Assist and support the AML Officers as required;
  • Run Supplier checks;
  • Reporting on compliance monitoring reviews;
  • Develop and deliver presentations and training across the firm and within the Department;
  • Build internal relationships across the firm and its service providers;
  • Conflict check searches to fee earners.

    • A further key part of this role is that the compliance officer must provide support to fee earners in ensuring that all new clients comply with Client Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering policies.

    This individual must have at least 1 years prior experience within professional services along with having the following attributes

    • Can communicate and build internal relationships with stakeholders;
    • Be competent to complete online research and analysis;
    • Have attention to detail;
    • Experience in doing internal presentations and training to relevant stakeholders on current compliance & risk matters.
