Experienced conveyancing support required for one of Worthing's leading property teams.
A firm with a great reputation and growing market share of the Sussex conveyancing sector. The Worthing office has always been successful over many years, has negotiated adverse times in the past and remains a key player in the local market. The firm have several locations across the region and are looking to build further and require key support staff to enable this
This is where you step in with your prior experience in conveyancing !
Possibly you may be thinking that being last in at your current firm with a 'predicted' downturn in business expected for 2023 that your position might be the first to come under the spotlight.
This firm is forward thinking and recruiting on the basis that markets will always rebound and they intend to take advantage of that when they do. So, in addition to seeking further fee earners they are a firm that like to ensure they have 1st class legal support teams in place.
If you have background in residential conveyancing (ideally at least six months) and wish to pursue a career in the sector there are very few firms locally that could provide you with such potential to do so.
