My client is a fast-growing organsation within the education sector, currently seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team based in London.
About the role
You will be required to review and draft a range of corporate contracts and documents, providing M&A transaction support to the Legal and M&A teams, acting as a point of contact for external counsel, managing precent contracts and documents, and legal administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have a strong corporate background, have great organisation skills, and can work independently.
