Private Client Locum:
January Start, 3 months +
Our client, a well-established law firm based in Hampshire are looking for a Private Client Locum Solicitor to assist their team for an initial 3-month period whilst they recruit permanently.
Key Duties:
- Dealing with all aspects of Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPA’s
- Experience dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Experience dealing with Contentious Probate and Administered Estates
Job Details:
- ASAP start date
- Office based in Hampshire
- There will be parking nearby
- Their case management systems is ALB
- Secretarial support provided
- The successful candidate will be managing their own caseload and dealing with general Private Client duties.
