he Private Client Paralegal role is with a well-established, reputable firm of specialist Solicitors, and represent clients all over the UK. 
 
As the successful Private Client Paralegal you'll be joining one of the largest and most successful private client teams outside of London, specialising in the administration of complex and high value estates.
 
The firm are looking for someone with ideally 3+ years experience as a Private Client Paralegal.
 
As the successful Private Client Paralegal you will be responsible for:  

• Dealing with all aspects of the administration of estates, including collating information on assets and liabilities, preparing applications for grants of representation and short form inheritance tax accounts, drafting basic estate accounts
• Drafting wills and codicils using established precedents
• Drafting powers of attorney, including Lasting Powers of Attorney (both property and financial affairs and health and welfare)
• Dealing with correspondence and liaising directly with clients and third parties
• Supporting solicitors in the team and helping them manage their caseloads by dealing with specific delegated tasks
• Ensuring files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures
• Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and other regulatory aspects by attending training provided
