About this Associate role:

Working as part of this Firm’s top-tier Banking Team, you will act for:

  • bookrunners,
  • investors,
  • trustees
  • issuers

across a range of publicly offered and listed bond issues and privately placed DCM transactions, both secured and unsecured, standalone issues, MTN programmes (establishments, updates and issues) and liability management, across sectors ranging from housing to healthcare.

To be considered for this Associate role:

  • NQ – 3 Years’ PQE lawyer
  • Debt Capital Markets experience is not required – this Firm are happy to consider solicitors with experience in a strong UK based finance practice.
  • Someone looking to take the next step in their career at an international law firm in London with a best-in-class training programme; and,
  • Specialise as a DCM lawyer within this Firm’s leading Banking Team, working on some of the best work available in this jurisdiction
