About the firm
A very well-established Somerset based High St firm are looking for a senior conveyancing solicitor to take control of their successful conveyancing team.
The Solicitor role:
- In this role you will develop a strategic and operational plan for your team. The team are already busy, but there are certainly opportunities for further growth.
- This is a client focused firm with team targets, rather than individual, creating a unique collaborative environment with performance-related bonuses on offer too!
- To be successful in this role it is envisaged you will have a solid presence in the office.
To be considered for the Property Solicitor role:
- Solicitors with at least 5+ years’ conveyancing experience are encouraged to apply. Ideally you will also have some managerial experience and possibly be looking for a salaried partnership position, with equity partnership potential for the future.
- Solicitors living in Somerset and presently commuting into Bristol are encouraged to apply. Your salary may not suffer!
