The Role:
- This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Corporate Tax Senior Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
- The leading Corporate Tax department advise international & domestic businesses on a full spectrum of tax issues that arise in connection with corporate transactions
- As such, you will manage a diverse caseload, including corporation tax, VAT and stamp tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and private equity deals
- As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to support the junior members of the team and liaise with other seniors regarding the development of the department
- In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director & partner level
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Corporate Tax Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- Highly meticulous & commercially focused
