The Role:

  • This is a standout opportunity for an IP Legal Director to join the firm's offices in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • The leading IP department boast a significant presence across Europe, advising a broad range of heavyweight corporates such as Warner Bros. & Netflix on high-value intellectual property matters
  • As such, you will manage a complex caseload with a particular focus on non-contentious 'soft' IP matters, including trademarks, design rights, & copyright
  • As a Legal Director, you will also play a leading role in the development of the department, providing support to the junior members of the team & getting involved in further business development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A well-established Intellectual Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities
