Wills & Probate Solicitor - Sheffield
This well established South Yorkshire firm are looking for a NQ/1 year PQE Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their Inheritance Tracing Team in their Sheffield office.
Joining this niche, growing department the successful Wills & Probate Solicitor will be servicing work nationally, developing as a technically skilled lawyer in the process.
Whilst it is preferred that that you will have experience in this specialist area, at the least you will have worked across a good breadth of private client work as a Wills & Probate Solicitor / Private Client Solicitor.
You will run your own Wills & Probate caseload and be used to meeting/exceeding financial targets.
This role will require the handling of complex Private Client matters, mainly consisting of intestate estates and some involving foreign assets. You, the Wills & Probate Solicitor, will also work closely with the firm’s Contentious Probate Department.
