About the role:
The successful Remortgage Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of remortgage caseworkers and assistants, providing effective line management as well as coaching and supporting the team to deliver effectively.
Duties include:
- Be an integral part of the performance management processes such as undertaking probationary reviews and annual appraisals.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to others.
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Identify and support ongoing training and development requirements
- Where necessary liaise with the client and borrower and other external parties
- Monitor and assist the administration team in the post-completion process
Ideal candidate skills and qualifications:
- Have experience working at the team leader level
- Have experience working within a volume case management environment
- Have Experience and credibility to motivate, coach and manage others
- Have excellent communication skills
