THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Family Law Solicitor to head up this highly regarded and reputable Family Team in West Sussex to manage a range of complex cases and provide support and supervision to other team members. You will be advising on matters such as separation and divorce, injunctions, Children’s Law Services, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements and collaborative law. Contribution to business development opportunities and networking will also be undertaken. This opportunity is full-time, and is office based.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Family Law Solicitor will be enthusiastic and possess a solid grounding in family law, with a proven track record for acting for clients and running their own caseload. You must be able to manage client expectations with clear verbal and written communication skills whilst working under pressure. Supervisory skills are essential and resolution accreditation would be an advantage.
