Our client is a well-established West End law firm which has been practising for over 50 years. The firm was founded to provide first class legal services comparable to that of bigger law firms without the high level of fees.
Due to high levels of contentious work emanating from their clients the need has arisen for the hiring of an associate into the department. Candidates will have a broad base of commercial litigation experience including High Court experience.
You will have a wide variety of matters to deal with including property litigation, insolvency and general contractual disputes. Candidates will also have experience of business development as the firm encourages their lawyers to develop their own clients and contacts as well as servicing work for the firm’s clients.
