THE BUSINESS
I am working with a major listed plc on an opportunity to join their established and high calibre legal department

THE ROLE
The role is very broad in nature, international in scope (with opportunity to travel), and you would benefit from working with 3 other experienced lawyers. The diverse workload might incorporate commercial, corporate, governance, IP, capital markets work - You are not expected to already have experience in all those areas!

ABOUT YOU
The GC is quite agnostic about your current practice area, and likes to hire for attitude and potential, rather than specific skill. Therefore, as well as commercial and corporate skilled lawyers, if you currently work in insolvency, litigation, property etc, and have a desire to move to a varied commercial in house role, this could be an exceptional opportunity and I'd be delighted to have a chat with you. This would probably suit a qualified lawyer from the NQ to 2 year pqe level.

ADDITIONAL
Based in central Leeds, their very pleasant offices are a short walk from the train station. Significant home working is the norm, with office presence a couple of days a week. They have a strong remuneration package, including 25% bonus and 10% pension
