A reputable, dynamic, and family friendly law firm is seeking to appoint a Family Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to grow and develop their Family offering at their new Sutton Coldfield branch.
Our client can offer the ability to work flexibly both from home and in the office, within this full-time (may consider four days) permanent role.
This role may suit a local Family Solicitor with a Legal 500/national background who has the ability to generate and build privately funded family work. It may also suit if you are a Family Solicitor working rigidly and you are now looking for more autonomy in your role.
This outstanding law firm has a track record of progressing their people up the career ladder without hinging that requirement on PQE, but rather on ability and aptitude to take on responsibility. In this case the firm may consider somebody at Associate or Senior Associate level who has the right attitude!
In this role, you will be closely supported by the Family team across other offices.
