Client Details

My client are a well established firm within the North west. They specialise in enabling public and third sector organisations and private individuals to achieve their goals.

Providing a full service legal offering to large and mid-sized businesses, SMEs, public sector bodies, charities, business owners, entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals.


- Working as a supportive member of your team, taking in activities that support your departmnet and our colleagues as required.

- Accountabilities may include activities such as handling caseloads, filing, document management, drafting letters and correspondence, binding and undertaking research.

- Managing a variety of tasks across a number of cases at any given time.

- System management and inputting of data

- Managing workloads, communicating progress across all stakeholders ensuring a joined up and collaborative approach.

- Effectively prioritise workload ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and your team can deliver against client needs at all times

- Ability to maintain accuracy and a high level of detail ensuring consistent and reliable administrative support to your department

- Build good working relationships across our firm enabling knowledge and experience sharing.

- Work with colleagues to help build your knowledge of our firm and contribute to the wider firm agenda



- Experience or exposure of working in a professional environment is desirable but not essential.

- Administration and IT skills.

- Strong organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.
