Mid-Level Tax associate - Am Law top 20 firm
QED Legal are closely working with an Am Law top 20 firm who are aiming to expand their Tax practice immediately. An ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of tax experience, preferably focused on venture funds and private equity funds, and advising on investment fund formations, primary and secondary investments, and joint ventures. Consistent exposure to both clients and partners allows for further development of careers, whilst the innately social culture allows for personal and intrinsic development at the same rate. Another plus of this job is the fact that there are two things certain in life; death and taxes, so you will never be short of work.
