ACS Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly well-established “Employer of Choice” who are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their highly successful Corporate Law (Employment) Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Paralegal to get involved on a wide array of matters representing various well-established key clients - many of which are household brands or large corporates.

The Firm are seeking a motivated and reliable “team player” to join the friendly pre-existing corporate team - pace of work is fast and client demands can mean working late to ensure deadlines are met, it is common for the work of this team to have an international, multi-jurisdictional demands. You will be involved in assisting the team with technology and commercial agreements and complex data protection and privacy issues, as well as assisting with administrative duties and client management tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to gain knowledge in matter within franchising, partnerships, LLPs and competition law; agency and distribution; bespoke commercial contracts; asset finance and consumer credit. This is a fantastic role for a proactive individual who is looking to continue to develop and grow their career within a multi-accredited and reputable Firm.

Are you the right person?

  • Experience in Technology law issues, including drafting and advising on SaaS, software licensing, data hosting and non-contentious IPR licensing
  • Knowledge of Data protection and information rights
  • Exposure to Non-contentious commercial contracts drafting
  • Previous Paralegal experience
  • Good understanding of Solicitor Accounts Rules and Money Laundering Procedures
  • Exposure to CT&D practice is desirable
  • Experience of working in a city or medium/large provincial practice is desirable
  • Must obtain a keen interest in commercial contracts law and topical commercial contracts law issues
  • Education - GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
