Our client is a highly respected law firm that specialises in a broad range of practice areas including corporate, commercial, international arbitration, finance, tax, and more. They have over 30 years of GCC industry knowledge and practical experience in the region.
 
As their Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

• Drafting agreements
• Corporate reorganizations and structuring
• Supporting partners in the development of the firm’s Corporate Practice
• Working closely and supervising junior colleagues
• Managing reorganisations and structuring projects
• Supervising the delivery corporate/commercial matters 

Ideally, you will have at least 5 years’ PQE gained in a reputable law firm. You will have a strong track record of drafting miscellaneous legal documents, and exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. You will demonstrate the ability to work on your own and as a part of the wider team. Fluency in Arabic is desirable.
