Our client is a private banking and commercial banking boutique headquartered in the City of London. Having experienced a period of growth in recent years they are now looking to expand the legal team.
Working directly with the experienced Head of Legal you will be providing day to day legal advice and deliver legal strategy across a whole variety of areas including contracts, banking and regulatory work.
This is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer with circa 1-4 years’ pqe, keen to expand upon your experience in a broad ranging role. Business focused candidates from a range of non-contentious backgrounds will be considered and experience in at least one of these areas would be highly beneficial: general commercial, banking (in particular retail/high net worth products), payments and/or financial services regulatory.
