Description

Property Solicitors from either a private practice or in house legal background should apply for this role. Some of the responsibilities for the legal role will include work as outlined below. Solicitors who have not got experience in all of the areas should still apply if they have the willingness and desire to learn/ pick up new areas of legal work. The solicitor will be working as part of a team and will have support for the legal areas that they are not experienced in.

Experience in Commercial legal work, drafting, reviewing and participating in negotiations of contracts including leases, licences, supply of goods and services agreements, operation & maintenance agreements, installation/ works contracts, roaming agreements.

Providing advice on Land issues, Planning & Licensing Regulations, Contract Law, Regulatory Law and Customer Contracts Disputes

Manage relationships with external legal counsel

Proactively identify legal risks

Profile

Commercial Property solicitors from either a private practice or in house background should apply for this In House Commercial Property Solicitor role. The successful candidate will have a diverse range of Property / Commercial experience. Candidates who are able to work autonomously and as part of a legal team and who have good commercial acumen might be a good fit for the role.

The role is mainly homeworking but there will be travel and working from the North East/ London offices when required for business needs.
