Our offices are based in LS10 1AB, working Hybrid from the office and home, with an attractive salary to match.

Starting salary £22,000



So that's us, now let's talk about your role:

As a Legal Recoveries Associate you will be offering affordable repayment plans in conjunction with litigation processes to customers whose accounts have fallen into arrears, so you'll really be able to empathise and understand each customers' unique circumstances.

You'll go the extra mile to help our customers, and regularly review their situation to ensure payment arrangements are still suitable and affordable.

Clear and confident communication will be a huge part of your role, as you'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, answering queries, and ensuring you're offering the best solution to our customers.

This role would suit candidates who have 6 months+ experience within customer facing roles.
