The ideal candidates will have experience in: Mergers and acquisitions Management buy-outs and management buy-ins Private equity, Corporate restructuring Joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements, Share incentive schemes, Corporate Finance Business start ups Corporate governance Partnerships and LLPs.
You will be required to have a general corporate/commercial background with experience in dealing with both small and large clients and be able to demonstrate your technical ability and a natural flare for business development/marketing.
The team of 3 is Partner lead. They focus their work on owner-managed businesses, includes a wide range of corporate clients from start ups and subsidiaries of overseas companies and public sector limited companies.
This is an opportunity for a Corporate Commercial solicitor to join a successful and busy team.
This role is due to expansion and a range of PQE is being considered.
