Our Shotton based client is looking for a Senior Conveyancer to join them in their conveyancing department. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed conveyancer with experience being the "go to" person for all Conveyancing matters.
You will be part of an existing team of 2 x paralegals and 1 x conveyancer. So the ideal candidate will have some previous experience managing a small team. There is a genuine prospect of associateship within 12-18 months. The firm is also keen to speak with people who may have some previous Business Development and Marketing experience. They have some existing local work but are looking to expand their Conveyancing department especially. They estimate they are the second largest firm in Shotton and surrounding areas. They are offering hybrid working and Competitive Salary dependent on experience.
