The Role:

Join a Legal 500 ranked Commercial team in the firm's Liverpool office at an exciting time in the firms growth strategy.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial matters, including contracts, IT, data protection, and some IP. Clients are spread across the public and private sectors, and you can expect ownership of client relationships from day one, with the support to develop these relationships and your market profile.

As a key member of the team, you will be actively involved in the team's long-term growth and supervise a small team of junior lawyers. This opportunity offers excellent prospects, with a transparent progression path through to partnership.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Lawyer with 5+ years PQE
• Experience gained across a range of commercial matters
