Sellick Partnership are working exclusively with a well-established firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing locum to join their Residential Property team immediately on an ongoing basis. The Residential Conveyancer will be based in the firms Birmingham office.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting on sales and acquisitions
• Lettings for landlord and tenant
• Property management
• Property finance

The successful Residential Conveyancer will have flexible working options, as well as the opportunity to work with a dedicated firm on a long term locum basis. The successful Residential Conveyancer will also be offered a competitive hourly rate.
