The team handles a variety of work including everything from mental capacity, deprivation of liberty and other Court of Protection issues to Coroner's Inquests work and high-profile investigations.

• Previous Experience: 1 PQE - 6 PQE + The team is particularly keen on seeing candidates with inquest experience. That said, it should be made clear that they are open to considering a broad range of applicants.

Number of key national locations

Our client is looking for solicitors with a sound experience to further strengthen the practice area based across the three key office locations in Manchester, London and Bristol. In particular, the team is looking for solicitors with experience of Inquest work.

That said, they are more than willing to speak with candidates who have experience in other areas such as Court of Protection or have experience in running high-profile investigations. If you are an experienced healthcare solicitor in any of the three locations above, we would be very interested in talking to you.

Range of quality work

This is an established national team. Specialisms vary from matters of patient welfare, including relating to the Court of Protection as well as high-profile inquest and investigation work. The team also advises on governance issues and other regulatory matters which pertain to the social care sector.

Clients vary, including public sector bodies such as the NHS and private sector operators on a range of issues. The national (and international) team is made up of talented advisory lawyers and advocates who deliver a seamless service to some of the world's top healthcare providers.

Levels of experience roughly from 1 PQE to 6 PQE

The packages on offer vary in relation to location and level of experience. The team is looking to recruit Associates and Senior Associates from 1 PQE plus to roughly 6 PQE and beyond. They are looking for talented, experienced healthcare lawyers to strengthen the national offering.
