We are recruiting a Commercial solicitor for one of our clients, a leading global Sales/ Marketing client. The role can be mainly/ fully remote working. You would be working in the UK but be part of the global legal team.

Our clients is a leading global Sales/ Marketing client who has been established for over 30 years. It is a leading face-to-face customer acquisition agency, providing a flexible, scalable and highly cost-effective, multi-channel communications resource, which can be deployed as an extension of a client's current sales team or execute an outsourced sales strategy where none exists.
Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial solicitor, who would be part of the global legal team.
Description
Some of the key responsibilities for the In-House Commercial Solicitor role will include
Reviewing Customer Contracts, identifying legal, commercial and operational risks
Support the business with customers and supplier conversations to agree contract terms
Amend template contracts for changes in relevant legislation
Enhance template contracts as we gain more knowledge
Draft new contracts, LOI etc as required
Liaise with external lawyers when required
Support with other legal areas HR; leases, either from own research or external advice
Profile
Commercial solicitors who come from either a private practice or in house background should apply for this role.
Candidates should have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate commercial acumen ability to work in a fast paced environment, with excellent organisation skills to be able to prioritise competing needs of the business.
