THE ROLE
The firm seeks a lawyer to join its award-winning and high-profile commercial litigation department.
Candidates would ideally have experience of the following:
- Data breach work: assisting clients in responding to cyber attacks, regulatory investigations and civil claims
- IT disputes: distressed project/turnaround and litigation work
- Software licensing disputes
- Competition tech experience would also be beneficial.
THE CANDIDATE
- Lawyer 3-6PQE with experience in Cyber and Tech disputes from a reputable firm
- Ability to acquire, consolidate and apply up-to-date knowledge of the law
- Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial
