An esteemed law firm is searching for a seasoned CRM expert to join its marketing team and take up the role of Senior CRM Manager in London.

Working in collaboration with the Marketing Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for devising and implementing the firm's CRM plan and increasing the visibility of CRM within the organisation to drive behavioural change, usage and the ongoing growth of CRM. If you're a knowledgeable CRM professional passionate about improving efficiency and enhancing the CRM system, then this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the CRM strategy across the firm
  • Assisting with the selection, launch and implementation of a new advanced CRM system
  • Encouraging the use of the system to drive efficiency and usage
  • Enhancing the visibility of CRM to support and report on business growth activities
  • Supervising and developing the CRM Executive
  • Providing proactive advice to the Partners and the wider firm and creating best practice policies
  • Working with the Business Development team to create and implement processes
  • Analysing data and trends and producing reports to present to the SLT

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years' experience in a CRM focussed role, preferably in professional services
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in devising and implementing a robust CRM strategy
  • Experience of embedding a CRM system to drive efficiencies and usage
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • A dynamic and focussed individual
  • A respectful, reliable and supportive team player
  • Delivers helpful CRM advice with a "can do" attitude
