A regional Legal 500 firm is looking to add a Social Housing and Regeneration Solicitor to their growing team in Manchester. This role will be split across two offices in Manchester and Cheshire.
The Social Housing and Regeneration team are looking to recruit a Social Housing Solicitor to run a varied housing caseload that includes cases of:
To be considered for this role you should have experience representing social landlords in the County Court at hearings and trials, attending legal surgeries, provide clients with legal training, and be capable of drafting pleadings, applications, and witness statements.
As an individual you should be passionate about social housing law, be capable of handling a varied and busy caseload, and have excellent advocacy skills.
