Our client is looking to appoint a Corporate NQ to join their Corporate team in Leeds. This is an exciting time to join the firm as it looks to grow their Yorkshire presence.
Client Details
The client is a large commercial regional law firm with offices across the North of England. They opened in Leeds in the last couple of years and have seen steady growth. The firm has a growing Corporate team and the successful candidate will support the local Partners but also work as part of the wider Corporate group which is rated by the legal directories.
Description
The Corporate NQ will work closely with the local Partners and get involved in a variety of work. This will include M & A, private equity and reorganisation work dealing with clients across a range of sectors. You will also support the other Corporate teams in other offices on deals
Profile
You will be a trainee who has completed a seat in Corporate or a recently qualified Corporate Solicitor / Corporate NQ. You will have strong academics and ties to Leeds
