• This impressive corporate team acts for acquirers, private equity and VCT funds, founders/sellers, management teams and funders.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 2 and 8 years' PQE of working in a corporate team
• You will be expected to advise on all aspects of corporate law including, company reconstructions, financing and re-financing of business, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, private company mergers & acquisitions and other public company work.
• This would be an ideal transition for an ambitious practitioner looking to move laterally from a large or national firm or an enthusiastic and able candidate looking to work for a larger practice dealing with larger transactions.
