The Role:

You will join a respected, Legal 500 ranked Commercial team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

You can expect to be involved in strategic and complex projects for global organisations across sectors such as tech, finance, retail, and advanced manufacturing. You will gain hands-on exposure to high-quality and engaging work, including general commercial contracts, TMT, data protection, and Intellectual Property.

You will have a high level of client contact, allowing you to develop your commercial and marketing abilities and market profile while having a significant level of support from renowned partners and senior associates.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Lawyer with 1 - 4 years PQE
• Experience gained across a range of Commercial matters at a respected city/regional law firm or in-house legal team
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Keen to get involved in business development and marketing
