The client is a large commercial regional law firm with an office in central Leeds. The firm offers the full range of legal practice areas to their clients and they are now looking to established a planning practice to support a large Real Estate team. The firm can offer excellent progression opportunities with this role.
Description
The Planning Solicitor will work as part of a large Real Estate team who deal with commercial development work and residential development as well as general Commercial Property acting for large clients across a range of sectors. There is some planning work to get involved in and the successful candidate will take ownership developing a practice with support.
Profile
You will be a Planning Solicitor who is confident to run their own caseload and someone who enjoys marketing and who is keen to build their own practice. You will already be working in the Leeds market.
