Your new role
A Senior Counsel role for 15 months within the business' EMEA Product and Distribution team, with a focus on fund distribution and asset management matters. The business boasts both institutional and retail clients, and you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing relevant distribution and IM agreements, while advising on regulatory and governance compliance. The team operates a super-flexible hybrid working agreement, enabling excellent balance and regular home-working.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified lawyer in England & Wales or another major common law jurisdiction with proven funds distribution experience. You will need c. 5+ PQE (as a guide only) and the business will consider applicants from in-house and practice backgrounds. The team operates a "no task too small" culture, so you will need to be a team player with low ego.
