Trademark Attorney 2+ To £££+
Rare opening at this premier IP firm for a CITMA qualified TM attorney to work as part of the trade mark team. You will be managing international trade mark portfolios, advising clients on registerability of trade marks and filing and prosecuting trade marks on a worldwide basis. Experience of handling cases at the UKIPO and EUIPO is essential, as is working extensively with foreign associates. Any experience working in an in-house trade mark department of a brand owning company could be useful but is not required.
