A highly-performing Clinical Negligence team in Warwickshire is looking for a Head of Department to join them.
THE ROLE
As the Head of Department in this clinical negligence team, you will manage a caseload of high value clinical negligence matters whilst also managing and developing the wider department. You will ensure that the quality of work and performance in the team is kept to its current high standards, and you will monitor the viability of cases coming into the team.
ABOUT YOU
- You will be a Qualified Solicitor of at least 10 PQE
- You will have case management experience
- You will have supervisory experience
- You will have the ability to work with and supervise fee earners of all levels from NQ to senior levels
