Commercial Litigation (Banking Litigation) Associate / Senior Associate

First rate opening for an experienced and enthusiastic banking litigator with at least 3 years' experience in this buoyant and sought after practice area. You'll probably be an experienced banking or financial services litigator or a commercial litigator with lots of banking litigation experience now seeking a role with greater autonomy and responsibility within a small team of a stellar regional firm.

Feeling ready for a new challenge? You'll act on a range of contentious financial and banking matters for clients. Your role will involve playing a key role within this tight knit team. Whilst your find yourself in the main acting on predominantly banking litigation matters, my client very much welcomes applications from candidates that in addition have a strong generalist commercial litigation background to bring to the table. As regards the sort of work that the team currently acts on; you'll find this includes advising on strategies for recovery, progressing debt recovery and other enforcement issues, defending fraud claims, working on behalf of lenders to enforce the law, particularly in relation to matters such as guarantees, providing advice on security documentation and facility letters.
