Residential Development Paralegal (Leeds)

LEGAL GRADUATES WILL BE CONSIDERED ALONGSIDE PARALEGALS WITH EXISTING EXPERIENCE!!!!

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Leeds office of an international law firm for a paralegal with either existing residential development experience, or legal graduates with excellent academics looking for their initial step into the legal profession.

My client is very keen to grow its presence within the Leeds market and along with a very experienced team of solicitors who have worked in a variety of large national and international firms, this is the perfect junior opportunity for candidates within a commutable distance of Leeds city centre.

If you already have paralegal experience within residential development, or alternative have experience working within other areas of property law but have a particular desire to work within residential development, my client would be very keen to hear from you. Alternatively, if you are a legal graduate with a strong and demonstrable interest in the area of residential development, my client would be equally as keen to hear from you too as my client is prepared to offer training and development for the right candidate.

Although preferential, it is not essential for legal graduates to have completed the LPC to be considered for this role. However, any such candidates should be conscious of the fact that starting salaries may be impacted as a result of not completing the LPC compared with candidates who have completed this qualification.
