Lawyer

Our client is a leading FTSE 100 company, who are looking to hire an additional lawyer / solicitor into their commercial team. The role offers great opportunity for the successful candidate, working in a major firm with a competitive salary, on a permanent basis.

The Solicitor / Lawyer role:

• Supporting current delivery processes of efficient third-party risk management and outsourcing guides, policies and procedures and templates.
• Managing projects and working closely with the local counsel across several regions.
• Providing advice on IT & Sourcing policies, laws & regulations.
• Assisting and engaging with several internal departments and the Legal team.

The ideal Solicitor / Lawyer

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Experience of commercial contract work and of providing a wide range of legal and commercial advice
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships
• Good commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Motivation to set and achieve high performance targets
