JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ PQE
LOCATION: Manchester / remote working

THE ROLE:
This specialist law firm continues to experience significant success and goes from strength to strength in the sector. They are looking to appoint a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a team handling property and affairs work. You will manage your own caseload undertaking predominantly Expert Witness and Deputyship work, advising clients, families and support teams as well as external solicitors on a wide range of legal issues and undertake applications to Court.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Solicitor will have at least 3 years’ PQE handling professional deputyship work and drafting Expert Witness Statements, ideally having had exposure to complex matters. . You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of funding options and welfare issues, as well exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
