Our client is a Top 50 UK Law Firm with an exceptional reputation and over 30 L500 recognised departments firm wide.

As a result of significant growth, their Dispute Resolution Division are seeking a Contentious Trusts & Probate Senior Associate to join their market-leading team.

The Opportunity

This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven Senior Associate to work for a specialist team, all of whom are either established members of ACTAPS or studying to become so.

The successful candidate will handle a broad contentious trust and probate caseload and act on behalf of individuals, corporations and institutions in the UK and internationally.

The role will involve assisting with the development of junior team members along with playing an active role in the firms' marketing and practice development. Therefore, the position will suit an ambitious, forward thinking Senior Associate looking to play a pivotal role in this fast-growing team.

Experience

The firm are looking for a Senior Associate with 6 years' PQE +, who is a member of ACTAPS or willing to study for the ACTAPS qualification.

The ideal candidate will have experience in acting for both claimant and defendants in:

• Will validity claims
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Estate administration disputes
• PR and/or trustee disputes
• Proprietary estoppel claims
• Construction/rectification claims
• Challenges to gifts made in lifetime
• Trust disputes
