The Role:

As this firm are planning to grow, they are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor 1-3 PQE.

The successful candidate will become an important member of the team based at their London office.

The practice are seeking a high-quality solicitor to display a high degree of competency across conveyancing matters. The firm's retention rates are some of the best in the market, with many of the firm's Solicitors and Partners having stayed with the firm for over a decade.

This is testament to the quality of work that the firm does, their excellent attitude to work their working culture, and many of their employees originate from top City firms.

You will handle a varied, interesting and high value case load, matters of which include; sale and purchase of property, mortgages, shared ownership, transfer of equity, declarations of trust, deeds of gift, matrimonial transfers, release of equity, and part/full exchange

You will work and learn alongside experts in the Residential Property sphere and have excellent career progression and be given the tools and support to business develop and market for the firm.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 1-3 PQE
• Will have evidence of exceeding billing targets
• Have a keen interest in business development or marketing
• The successful Residential Property Solicitor will ideally have some experience in a wide range of Residential Property matters
